Let's be honest, does anyone truly feel like their innovations are properly protected with an NDA? As product owners ourselves, we've been there, and we recognise how essential our confidentiality is to earn your trust. Our clients stick with FermionX for the long-term because they know we take things more seriously than a simple piece of paper. When your business is developing an innovation, you’re looking for a partner, not just a contractor. We’re dedicated to helping make your R&D vision a reality, becoming an extension of your own team.

Honest and Challenging

We live and breathe complex electronic manufacturing projects, and we'll dedicate time to keeping you informed and meeting your specifications. We believe wholeheartedly in the kind of partnerships that allow for close collaboration and we're always prepared to ask the challenging questions that others might not. You can rely on us to be honest, even if it hurts. At FermionX, we believe that clear communication and a can-do attitude are the cornerstones of a good supplier-client relationship.

Our codes of conduct

FermionX operates according to strict codes of conduct. Our attention to sustainable practises isn't just about doing no harm, our codes bolster quality too - because Coltan acquired using unsafe mining practises or gold hastily extracted in Western Congo can ultimately jeopardise quality, as well as funding conflict.

Charities we support

There are a few charities that are close to our hearts and each year our team engage in fundraising activities to raise money. This year we are supporting Mind - The mental health charity:

Mind provide advice and support to empower people across England and Wales that experience mental health problems. Their services include supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.

In May this year, 6 of our staff completed the Vitality 10k race in London in support of Mind.

Chestnut Tree House

We also support Chestnut Tree House which is a children’s charity providing hospice care services and community support for children and young people with progressive life-shortening conditions throughout East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire.
