The error rate is very low, very low. It’s maybe, it’s not even 1%. They’re really good. The reliability, the trust and being on time: doing an excellent job. The working relationship is really excellent. For me that’s the biggest key in using them, the fact that I can phone any of them up, even Dan the Managing Director, and I can ask them anything or have a moan. Nothing ever gets personal- so, if I’m having a moan about something, we just get it sorted out and we carry on. That’s really important for me.

PSM Marine

Although they didn’t have some of the capabilities in-house, after speaking to them they said: ‘yes, we’ll get that equipment in, we’ll support you with that’. They were willing to make that investment to make sure all the manufacturing went smoothly. You don’t really know how good a company’s going to be until you put some designs through and see what the end result is. We’re very satisfied with our product: we didn’t have any problems with it.
